By accessing or using TuneClip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the service.
TuneClip is an AI-powered platform that allows users to create music videos by uploading audio files. The service automatically generates videos with synced subtitles, visuals, and effects. Users may publish their created videos to supported social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) directly from our application.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain all rights to the audio content you upload and the videos you create. By using our service, you grant TuneClip a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating and delivering your videos.
You agree not to use TuneClip to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or violates the terms of any third-party platform (including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok).
When you connect your social media accounts, you authorize TuneClip to publish videos on your behalf. You can revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your account. TuneClip does not store your social media passwords — only secure access tokens provided by the platforms.
TuneClip offers free and paid subscription plans. Payments are processed through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. No refunds are provided for partial months.
TuneClip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party platforms or services.
